We wanted to celebrate Diwali and Bandi Chhor Divas in a slow and more wholesome way with everything going on the the world in November 2023. So we played host to the most beautiful flower workshop led by @sage.flowers. All the events we host for Diet Paratha that involve floristry goes to Sage and each job has a paid south Asian assistant from their Future Flowers course.
